That depends on your needs. Our waterfront homes are usually booked a year in advance. The winter season (January through April) fills very quickly. Summer and off-season rentals can usually be made a month or so in advance.

What items are included in your furnished short-term rentals?

The following provides a list of standard items you will find in our short-term rentals.

• Kitchen: electric can opener, electric coffee pot, flatware utensils, pots & pans, cookie sheet, dinnerware (service for eight), tea kettle, pizza pan, casserole dish, pot holders, toaster, measuring cups, glasses for eight, colander, fire extinguisher, dish towels, salt & pepper shakers, cooking utensils, butter dish, cake pans, baking pans, paper towel holder, napkin holder, pizza cutter, china tea server & cups, counter hot plates, coffee cups, soup bowls
• Bedroom: two sets of sheets to fit each bed, two pillows per bed (extra pillows for shams), one blanket per bed, clock radio, comforter/bedspread
• Bathroom: four full sets of towels (bath, hand & wash), hand soap, toilet paper, bath mat
• Misc. Items: patio set, mop & broom, iron & ironing board, vacuum, laundry basket, answering machine, TV, VCR, CD player
